NOTARIZATION FEES:

The following fees are for individual services only, and are set by Texas state law (TGC 406.024[a]).

Please contact us for bundled package rates, such as real estate and legal documents services.

Acknowledgements: $10 for the first signature, plus $1 for each additional signature, per notarization

Jurat with Oath or Affirmation:  $10 per notarization

Certified Copies:  $10 per notarization

Certified Copies of Notarial Records: $1 per page

Deposition certificate with Oath or Affirmation:  $10 per notarization

Deposition Transcription: $1 per 100 words

Protest:  $4 per certificate and seal

               $4 per bill or note

               $1 per notice served

Safe Deposit Box Witness:  $10 each

All other notarial act: $10 each

TRAVEL FEES:

Travel fees start at $35 for a 10-mile radius from our office in Trophy Club, TX and apply to all mobile notary appointments. There is an additional charge of $1.50 per mile for each mile beyond the 10-mile radius. This charge applies to round-trip travel to and from our office.

Travel fees are not regulated by Texas law.

ADDITIONAL FEES FOR AFTER HOURS & HOLIDAY APPOINTMENTS:

Appointments during After Hours or on a Holiday incur an additional $50 fee

Appointments during After Hours and on a Holiday incur an additional $75 fee


PRINTING & COURIER FEES:

If you should need notary assistance outside of our usual 8am-8pm office hours, please let us know.  I am happy to coordinate with you!

Print:

Complimentary printing is included in real estate packages.  We offer 20 lb. paper in both legal and letter sizes, and print in black & white only.  Additional paper weights are available upon request.

Courier to *UPS:

Drop by 5:30 pm - $10

By 8:00 pm to DFW Airport Shipping Office - $50

Courier to *FedEx:

Drop By 6 pm - $10

6 pm - 8 pm to regional shipper (FE only) - $20

8 pm - 10 pm to DFW Airport Shipping Office - $50

Courier to all title/attorney, etc. is based on travel times.   *UPS & FedEx cut off times are subject to change.

SPECIAL LOCATION FEES:

Hospitals:

$50.00 per 30 minutes on site, including parking.

Jail/Detention Center:

$100, first hour on site, *prepaid.

$50 each additional 30 minutes

*Jail issued ID’s are not acceptable forms of identification per the Texas Secretary of State. A family member or friend must be able to provide an inmate’s unexpired, government issued photo ID, as jail staff are typically prohibited from acting as credible witnesses.  Please contact us for additional information.

Airport Terminals:

$75.00 (includes parking fees)
